Speaking

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of presenting to a diverse range of audiences including executives, leaders, educators, schools, universities, professional associations, and other organisations.

My presentations have ranged from keynote addresses at national conferences to workshops, seminars and strategic professional learning within schools and education systems.

My work has focused particularly on the future of teaching and learning, artificial intelligence in education, history education, curriculum innovation and educational leadership. Regardless of the audience or context, my aim is always the same: to bridge research and practice, helping educators think deeply about change while remaining grounded in the enduring purpose of education.

Recent invitations have included keynote presentations, conference workshops, system professional learning and panel discussions for organisations including:

  • EduTECH Australia (2023 – 2026) – Presenter on teaching and learning in an age of artificial intelligence.
  • Microsoft EduDay 2026 (Fisher One Education) – Keynote presenter exploring human-centred AI, teaching, learning and the future of education.
  • Brisbane Catholic Education – Professional learning workshops supporting implementation of the Australian Curriculum and innovative approaches to History education, including Deep History and the integration of AI.
  • Professional learning for teachers and school leaders across Catholic and independent education sectors.
  • Workshops and seminars on pedagogy, research supported learning practices, educational technology and curriculum innovation.
  • Invited presentations drawing on my published research and doctoral work in artificial intelligence, pedagogy and human flourishing.

Every presentation is tailored to the audience and designed to combine contemporary educational research with practical classroom experience, ensuring participants leave not only with new ideas but with the confidence and strategies to implement meaningful change.
