How do we ensure that learning remains deeply human in times of technological change?
We’re living through one of the most volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous periods organisations and institutions have faced. Artificial intelligence is accelerating that disruption – transforming how we lead, design systems, make decisions, learn, and think. Nowhere is this felt more acutely than in education, where I’ve spent three decades working. But the underlying challenge isn’t unique to schools.
While many consultants focus on the technology itself, I focus on something different.
How do we lead, design and teach in ways that keep human flourishing at the centre – even as the ground keeps shifting?
I work with leaders, teachers, students and organisations to build cultures that are ethical, evidence-informed, values-centred and future-focused – where technology strengthens great learning rather than replacing it, and where innovation always serves the goal of helping people flourish.
Because ultimately, learning has never been about technology.
